This is simply the best quality magnesium supplement I’ve found. It doesn’t have the same side effects (or additives) as mag glycine or mag citrate powder, and and I felt the difference on day 1. Much better option than capsules or tablets which have other additives in them.

Wonderful magnesium by well respected brand. Pure quality powder, no other fillers. Great price/quantity ration. Important mineral for sleep quality, relaxation and many other benefits. Taste is a little on a bitter side, but nothing too unpalatable. Magnesium chelated with malic acid is thought to be better absorbed, than other versions of this mineral. I use this magnesium malate powder in my homemade electrolyte mix and it’s been a solid option. The quality feels consistent and it blends well if you add it slowly and shake well. Taste-wise, it has that typical mineral “tang,” so lemon (or mixing it into a flavored drink) makes it much easier to drink. Only downside is it can clump a bit if you dump it in all at once. Overall, a good product for DIY electrolyte setups.

For Sports, Malate Albion type may be better than Mag glycine as I was using Doctors Best Magnesium glycinate before and it the best for that type I feel. Both are Albion and this Malate version suits me best as I take a lot and want best value for my money and lifestyle.
