Magnesium Citrate, 60 Veggie Capsules (200 mg per Capsule)

I have tried so many different brands of magnesium citrate for chronic constipation and muscle cramps and better sleep and found this to be the worst of all brands I used. It doesn’t resolve my constipation and doesn’t regulate my sleep.. I didn’t notice any difference. I don’t think this benefited me in any way.. I will keep taking it until the bottle is finished though to see if anything changes… the NOW brand is better for sure.

I bought this for my toddler who suffers from constipation. I’ve been adding this into her smoothie or yogurt or something thick. Because it does not dissolve or mix well with liquid. It’s very powdery, so you have to mix it into something that is thick. The quality seems to be great, this magnesium definitely helps my daughter with constipation. I highly recommended this simple ingredient magnesium.
