I got this supplement to help with the upcoming cold and flu season. I put the powder in capsules ant took two a day. Helped keep my immunity up and healthy while the sickness was going around. I like that it's a powder since the syrup sometimes tastes yucky.

Taste is good but does tend to clump. What works best for me is pouring the powder in slowly while constantly stirring, this really minimizes the chances of clumping. Would be great if this came in a bigger pack. Repeat purchase.
