I am a licensed nutritionist and I literally recommend this for virtually everyone. It helps me to have much more nourishing food and it dramatically improves the taste of many savory foods! I used to buy this Nutritional Yeast for a long time – this is one of the best you can find out there, specifically for unfortified version. Unfortunately, the price wen quite high, almost 2x. But i still recommend it! Great quality!

This is unfortified. Clean product. Just sprinkle it on any dishes and the taste is so good. It is a natural source of B vitamins.
