Taking 15 tabs each time was a struggle; I could only do this in the morning. I took it for 10 days and stopped, as it says not to keep taking it. It worked a little, and then I had pain in my groin, so I stopped. I did get a couple of entire nite's sleep and then only up. I probably will try again but just a week at a time.

Good quality tcm herbs. I can feel a difference after trying them for 1 month. A bit expensive though if you follow the recommended dosage.
