So much goodness in one capsule. My favorite zinc, copper supplement. Plus you get extra enzymes and ginger (without the ginger taste), gentian, betaine. What is not to love. I take this with my first meal. Copper is needed to absorb iron, most people don't know about this. So if you have low iron try this instead of iron supplements. Zinc helps the gut lining. Most people take this to help with immunity, I take it for gut health. The ginger, gentian and betaine are bitters and help with stomach acid. IMO the recommended keywords for this review miss the point of this supplement completely. The best effect is for gut health, the rest are secondary benefits. This is a staple in my house and I order this regularly. 10 stars if they were available. Compliments to the makers.

Great quality and ingredients l have been taken it this winter without interruption and as prevention from cold and it helped me a lot.

I'm trying this out as other zinc supplements haven't helped me.
