#9 is good for most if symptoms. I take this for skin irritation, gassy stomach, headache, heartburn, indigestion, cold and etc. New package works well like the old one.it’s actually better coz you only need to take one at a time. I thought IHerb discontinued this product but glad it was for the new package. I’ve been taking this for a while and it really helps with my overall health.they relief symptoms instantly. Very good quality product. Benefit for better sleep too.

It’s a very good remedy for occasional heartburn, shortness of breath due to stomach issues, reflux etc. I give it to my child, as homeopathy is safe for children. Excellent product.

The lactose pellets are soft and dissolve easily as soon as you place them in your mouth. This makes it easy to give to babies and small children. The cell salt #9 is good for dry, chapped symptoms, constipation, and clear watery colds. Also helps regulate fluid in the system. Definitely a recommend product!

These worked very well for me but again I’m not someone who takes tablets I like the fact they’re homeopathic and natural I feel far less anxious

Great quality supplement, ingredients , taste, effect I took this one (aquarius) for restoring water fluid balance , ankles, circulation, internal dryness. I work with each salt depending which zodiac. these are very effective. Wish there were more per bottle for acute cases where more is needed.

Got this on the recommendation of my naturopathic doctor and it was very easy to take as it tasted slightly sweet and as my body caught up on the nutrition, it started to taste less sweet and more bitter. I'm keeping it around so I can still take it from time to time and overall happy with the product.

I have used Hyland's single and combo cell salts for decades and reach for them always first. This came in New Packaging and instead of taking four smaller easily to dissolve tabs, I now only need to take this one larger dissolvable under tongue tablet. I crush a bit with my teeth and then let it dissolve

Nat Mur is one of the cell salts I didn't have. Now I have it. Plastic packaging, usual ingredients. Helps with what it helps with. Maybe I'll never need it. Maybe I will need it and I will have it. I've found different homeopathic cell salts helpful for various ailments and adjustments.

I actually bought this by mistake, but ended up trying it for my migraines right when they start. Surprisingly, it seems like it’s helping so far. The tablets dissolve quickly and are easy to take, and the ingredients are simple. I can’t say 100% yet since I’m still testing it over time, but based on my experience the quality seems good and I’ll keep it on hand to see if it continues to work.

Nat Mur cell salts are great for salt and fluid rebalancing. I use for when I get heartburn or when my eyes are tearing up due to allergies.
