I have been taking this alittle over 2months now. My energy levels have doubled up and I don't feel lethargic compared to when I wasn't taking it. It has helped to regulate my cycle though initially there was a disruption with a short luteal phase. My sleep is out of this world I sleep like a legend 8hrs straight with no disruption. I only take 25mg in the morning and that seems to do the trick. I started taking this when we decided we'll be starting IVF this year so I'm hoping my ovarian function will have resumed after a loss towards the end of 2024. Delivery is super fast and efficient.

great quality DHEA supplement, my DHEA is always a bit high when I get blood tests, so it's definitely doing its job! So much so that now I only take it every 2-3 days or so. It's a super small capsule, very easy to take. the dosage is a good amount, seems to be high quality and very effective.

i love this brand, so clean , the only additives are vegetable leucin. it is micronized so gets absorbed better, the dosage is a medium one. there is no after taste or odor, gentle on the stomach, the size of the capsules is really small, easy to take. i take it first thing in the morning and feel more energized since taking it. i will keep buying this brand,
