I feel very concentrated and with Lots of energy the only thing is that the pills are very big and difucult to swallow the taste is also like fish oil not for everyone.

The quality and the size are good It doesn’t have a taste. I didn’t recognize and feel that much of a difference but if you keep using it and use the right dosage you might get the benefits but personally, I didn’t feel that much of a difference
