I started taking it after nonstop coughing for 3 -4 days even with medication. Next day, the cough calmed down and I felt much better. I kept taking it for 2 more days, the cough had all gone. I believe it help for allergy caused respiratory issues. To me, very effective!
I'd read a lot about Quercetin for fighting allergies and colds and therefore bought this. Along with quercetin it has zinc, copper and bromelin. I had a nagging respiratory infection which was not responding to medicines and therefore started this as soon as package arrived. Within 3 days, my nasal inflammation reduced I could breathe freely.
