From this series apart from shampoo, I also tried the mask and foam and I'm pretty happy with all of these products in terms of quality vs price ratio. They are affordable, standard sizing, stunning color of the packaging, but let's talk business: Basically, any curly hair product is aimed at 2 goals: give more protein to the hair with high porosity ( hi, damaged hair curlies), and provide more water to give curls more shine and form. To me this series feels better fitting healthy hair that needs more hydration, so it won't fit the damaged hair that needs more protein( for these purposes I'd look to curlsmith products). The smell is amazing that's why will definitely buy again.

The shampoo has a thick, gel-like consistency that lathers up nicely, even though it’s sulfate-free. A little goes a long way, and it spreads easily through my hair. The scent of this shampoo is fresh, clean. This shampoo does an excellent job of cleansing my curls without stripping them of moisture. My hair feels clean but not dry, I’ve noticed that my curls look more defined after shampooing, and they feel softer.

This is the 2nd bottle my 18 year old son has used. He likes it. You can see in the top of the lid, the shampoo is thick and creamy. It smells great and leaves my son’s hair moisturized without the oily feeling. It hair is above his shoulders, it’s a thick mix of waves and curls. I like this brand. We use some of their other hair products. I highly recommend. Iherb offers the products cheaper than my local health food stores that carry it.
