I was recommended this by my personal trainer. I am a mother of 2yr old twin boys. I held a lot of water weight after pregnancy. And my hormones are messed up and unbalanced. Most of my fat is held in my mid region. So far since I’ve been using this, my insomnia is getting better, bowel movements more frequent and no longer constipated… I also had fibroids removed through surgery before my pregnancy. All these are symptoms of high estrogen. Ive lost all of my pregnancy weight and now getting into body building.. so I hope this will help me in my new fitness journey. It has a broccoli taste but I don’t mind. I will update my review again in a couple of months.

This dim supplement isn’t kidding around, I first started with the 300mg to balance out any hormonal imbalance and it does work however, the dose was more than my body could handle. Mood slump and overall negative spiraling almost turned me crazy. I’d advise to start with 100mg or even less and build on that. The product contains selenium as well which is an added bonus.

The quality and size of the product is easy to swallow. As we all know that dim is really important for women who are in pre.menopause or menopausal stage it helps with managing the hormone and reduce heat in the body or we say hot flashes.immunity as the cells get stabilise with it.
