I bought already second jar of this calcium for my daughter. It’s easy to add to the soy milk because it’s powdered. She doesn’t eat dairy products and not food with calcium, so I give her 1/4 teaspoon per day. The package is small but it is last for 1 months and 2 weeks . It’s perfect clean ingredient inside.

Excellent quality calcium. It is suitable for different ages, just you need to ask your doctor the dosage . Also it’s very easy to take , mix with milk or juice, water. Package very good, definitely beneficial for body and can see improvements of this supplement, very happy and recommend it.

Having some cavities and sensitive teeth, I purchased this and used it on my teeth after brushing them. From past experience with taking a calcium supplement for osteoporosis I knew coral calcium would be most easily utilized by my body. This coral calcium was absorbed by my teeth, minimizing the sensitivity to cold and sealing the cavities. Don't believe any dentist who tells you a cavity can't be "healed". It takes months of daily application of calcium but it will seal the cavity.

So far so good, I got this to add to recipes that are improved with added calcium (dairy-free cheeses, dairy-free milk) it just helps with the flavor & consistency while also giving me added calcium since I do need more in my diet. I liked that the price was very affordable. I don't know anything about the benefits of this specific source of calcium but I appreciate having it for cooking. It is a fine white powder and easy to take.

love coral calcium as it is all natural and has other trace minerals for better absorption. but the bottle is tiny and way too expensive

This is more like calcium carbonate in consistency but not as constipating, apparently. Small package but the dose is only a 1/4 teaspoon. No measuring scoop is included and I'm on a pretty strictly controlled dose so I guess I'll be going back to my usual calcium citrate (measut=ring scoop included!) eventually.
