This is best quality all in one supplement, if you are looking for Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc in one single pil, this is the one you canconsider. It has benefit of most of the daily dosage requiment of these three minerals, improve your minerals deficic. The only drawback is the pil is a bit too big to swallow. I guess this is something to be improved by the manufacturer.
