I like that this product is vegetarian, and the vitamins themselves seem to be made from good quality ingredients. However, the packaging is size is so big for the number of doses. I wish it were either a smaller bottle, or they sold more in one bottle to cut down on plastic waste.

This doesn't seem to hurt. It is a small pill that goes down easily. I can't tell if it is helping but I do get a bit of energy after taking it.
