Arnica Gel, 4 fl oz (118 ml)

I got this gel to help soothe a blood clot because it has arnica (that’s a pain reliever) to gently reduce pain. It has a mild smell and it’s in gel form. So you can continue to apply as often as needed. I notice it helps for about 30 minutes. You just apply about a quarters worth on the bruise or injury and it instantly smoothes it. The quality seems good.

I can't speak to the efficacy of this gel on bruises, but the ingredients were very soothing on my dry/swollen skin after I had surgery. I think with the especially high content of aloe, this will be a good gel for me to use as it absorbs quickly and didn't leave me feeling greasy. I would hesitate to use it on a sunburn or broken skin though, you should stick to pure aloe vera for that for sure.

This arnica gel is easily applied and works well on children’s bumps and bruises, helping to minimise swelling and discolouration. It was well priced and I would recommend it.

I use a pea size to reduce under eye bags. it's not totally gone but it does reduce it a little. this bottle is gonna last me years! don't notice the scent

I suffered a little fall a couple of months ago now and my left knee has just not really been the same. There’s a dull pain when I press it so I thought the Arnica gel might help but it doesn’t seem to have made much of an affect so in that case I think I would rather use it as a massage gel for my neck and shoulder area.
