I bought this vitamin D after I have researched a good type of vitamin D and this one has K2 vitamin which helps absorption of vitamin D. It has good size and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste. I think the ingredients are clean enough. Still under testing so I can’t determine the effectiveness of it
i love this because. it came promtly with vitamin k. so it help the body absorb vitamin d better. i take them every day. i don't see tbe effect yet. i just hope that it help the bone. it doesn't have any taste. the package came safely no braeking.
