Ashwagandha Gummy, Berry, 90 Gummies (62.5 mg per Gummy)

My son suffers from generalised anxiety since birth and is now 14. I started giving him these about 3 months ago in rotation with the brand's green bottle (that says stress reliever on it) and the Nordic ones which are practically identical and I can see a huge difference in him. He still gets anxious but he seems so much more able to handle the anxiety and more balanced and confident and calm. Anxiety is not 'curable' but manageable and I have to say that this is the most effective thing we have tried for him. Plus, they gummies, so he feels like he is eating sweets rather than taking a supplement! Not sure what the difference is between the brand's two versions (the also taste the same and look the same), but we rotate the bottles so that he doesn't get used to one, along with the Nordic ones which are also the same (also similar price range). If you have anxiety or stress I would def recommend trying these but do give them a few months before deciding if they work for you as it is not instant (for us).

These gummies taste great. I tend to be sensitive to most everything, so taking these gummies works well for me because I can bite just a piece of one so it doesn't make me groggy. Taking a whole capsule of Ashwagandha knocks me out but since I can take a bite out of a gummy that doesn't happen. I can take a whole one and that will help with my sleep. Taking just a bite calms my anxiety, stress and helps lift my mood. The only downside is that gummies tend to lose their potency sooner than the expiration date.

I appreciate that they are made with natural ingredients, free from artificial colors and preservatives, which makes me feel good about what I’m putting into my body. Additionally, I've noticed improvements in my sleep quality. I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, which is a fantastic bonus.
