Super thin and crispy, and not overly crispy to the point it is hard to chew. It’s a good herb blend, you can eat it alone or eat with a dip. Delicious!

These are my favorite summer snack with some feta cheese and olive dip. They’re nice to take to the beach too (or is that just me?). I just wish the package was bigger.

I love all the Simple Mills crackers, but the veggie flour ones are my favorite. They have a nice, light but crisp crunch to them and good flavor.
