Like their crackers, Simple Mills makes healthy products. I don't eat regular flour or wheat flour, so these almond flour cookies fit the bill. These have a very good taste and decadent texture. Definitely a treat but I could eat the entire box just like the Double Chocolate cookies. Price is on the higher side, but you are paying for quality ingredients and great flavor. Highly recommend.

I cannot imagine giving an Oreo cookie to my child knowing what’s inside it. But I will happily give him these nut butter stuffed sandwich cookies because all the ingredients are clean. I love them personally as well.

So these are really great but I find them quite sweet (not necessarily bad) and the stuffing is not too creamy, but very flavorful and can definitely taste the butteriness & nut flavor. I do love the consistency of the biscuit itself as well as the taste of the biscuit which is quite nutty and toasty. It goes super well with some Greek yoghurt & berries. Obviously it’s also a healthier biscuit option compared to others on the market.
We love these gluten free cookies. Other clean ingredients include almond flour, coconut sugar, and peanut butter. They are plenty sweet for us. Would definitely recommend.
