Ive been taking this quality product for a few years now. I needed to make sure the calcium I take absorbs into my bones. I had not known the importance of taking vit. k2 with the D3. It has no taste plus the size is easy to swallow. The effect has been very positive .

I keep d3 and k2 on hand to supplement additional D at times. This is also a very good brand. So many people are lacking this vitamin. Great to have as a supplement.

I didn’t notice a big difference, but things also didn’t get worse after taking it. I took these and later tried another brand from Nature’s Plus. The effect is similar. However, it’s definitely best to take vitamin D together with vitamin K.
