This is the first time to buy this brand’s magnesium. I like the ingredient - pure form of magnesium citrate. The quality is good as it is easy to dissolve in the water. This size can last for a long time. I take one spoon every day for relaxing my muscles. The taste is acceptable for me.

I take it primarily for it's laxative effect, but it's a little more absorbable than magnesium oxide so it helps replenish my body's magnesium levels as well.
Well, the taste is awful. But you kind of have to expect that with any magnesium powder. If you just want to get your magnesium in, I recommend capsules or tablets. The powder form is for making mag citrate solution, which is an osmotic laxative — and this it does great.

Very good magnesium source , slight warning though your body may need to adjust to it for a few weeks so expect some diarrhea which clears up once everything is settled down

I purchased this to use a s a secondary from of magnesium on occasion. I believe it is working. It dissolves easily in water and doesn't taste too bad. The package is nice and i like that it is easier to customize dose based on usage due to it being a powder.
I have been using this product for five years now to stop muscle. I add it to smoothies and if l have a cramp if the night l will mix it up in warm water and it isully works to get things settled down and I can get back to sleep. Ir works and easy to use and convenient package and scoop.
