I've been using Swanson D-Mannose for over 8 years. I swear by it for urinary health. I used to get a lot of UTIs, but this stuff keeps everything in balance, and now their a thing of the past. Also helps maintain a healthy Also helps you to pee out extra glucose in the blood which aids in controlling my diabetes. Highly recommend if your having these issues.

I've been taking D-Mannose supplements for a while and have found that this one is a great valus. I like the 700mg and that they are capsules.

Effective during times of need to boost the support for the urinary tract. When I go to the pool, before and after a few days I use this. And sometimes when my diet involves too much sugar /carbohydrates I also take this. I observe there is a correlation between my diet and itching.
