Updated after 2 weeks. 500mg (one cap) 1-2h before bed helps to relax and fall asleep. I stack it with melatonin, apigenin and magnesium, but it's the GABA that works best to improve the quality of sleep. Swanson is a guarantee that it meets the label. However how everyone responds is subjective.
I am using this product 30 minutes before I go to sleep. I'ts very good for sleep. Swanson quality of this product is on top. Using this product for 3 months and longer period have more benefit when come to better rest during night. Haveore energy during the day for training and work.
