Easy to take tabs.No after taste or digestion problems. Haven't taken them for long but I think the skin around my eyes and legs feel more moistened.I will continue to take it as the benefits are wide range to other organs as well.Good quality ,size and easy simple dosage amount

The tablet size is big but smooth so it’s ok to swallow. Honestly I don’t see that much of an effect after almost a bottle. I am sure the ingredients are not bad and must have some benefits . Or I need to take more to see some effects.
My only issue was that I had to cut the capsule to be able to swallow as it was quite large

Satisfying good product, I have noticed improvement in my skin condition (I am taking some strong medicines which greatly affect the skin condition. Softgels are largervim size, but easy to swallow, dosage was 1 x per day. The quality and intergredients of the pill is very good. I liked the product very much, though price is bit on the high side.
