Good quality ingredient, package size is for 2 months. I am taking 2 times a day with meals and fir me it’s a perfect dosage, taste like cinnamon 😁 You will feel the benefits after 2-3 weeks if you use it at least 2 times a day every day. Also read on the internet about Cinnamon so you know which one to choose.

I started using Ceylon cinnamon with the hope of supporting my blood sugar health, and I've been very pleased with the results. I add it to my daily routine, and I feel good knowing it's a safer option due to its low coumarin content. I've found it to be a fantastic and natural way to help maintain a balanced feeling throughout the day. But in all honesty its cheaper and better just to buy the ceylon cinnamon in a jar at the grocery store. Plus that way there are no other added "flow agents" in it. I just at a couple teaspoons worth to my protein shake and boom you got yourself a theraputic dose that they used in studies for its health benefits. The quality of this brand is good. Size of capsules is normal.
