I use three capsules against the inlammation, for gut and bones health. Using with other bones support products of Swanson, like MSM, Tart cherry, Glucosamin and chondroitin, Boswelia and collagen, vit K2 and vit D I don't feel the arthrytis pains any more, as I felt a half year ago.
