Swanson is turning out to be a great quality brand. I took a capsule and immediately felt it take some of the pressure off of my symptoms. According to nutritional elements on Instagram it’s beneficial for interstitial cystitis. I trust the ingredients and the size of the capsule is great!

Extremely Recommended. One underrated feature of Selenium is it's ability to promote muscle healing and growth. One of my practice is to take Selenium a night before my intense workout day and one pill the morning after. I believe it is responsible in making my muscles less sore.

I have not used Swanson products very often, if ever before, but I think this is a good product. I cannot definitely attribute the lessening on heart palpitations to this alone as I am taking some other new products that may also be contributing to this situation, but I think it has a lot to do with the addition of selenium to my regimen. I recently realized that maybe I need more than I am getting in the other product so added this.
