Lyc-O-Mato® Lycopene, 20 mg, 60 Softgels

I got this lycopene because it said “double strength” which I need for female protection. It has more tomato constituents in it than the regular 20mg size. I’m not sure about how it compares to the 40mg size in relation-if it is comparable. The price difference between the 20mg and 40mg is about 2x as much while the price difference between the 20mg and 20mg DS, is much closer-about 10.00, so that’s why I bought the double strength 20mg. It gives you a bit more insurance/assurance of health protective benefits. The quality seems good, and I buy a lot of the Swanson brand.

I and my husband take this Lycopene 20mg in the morning before the work. We love it. It realy easy to swallow with water. I think that the Lycopene likes for my body and eye, brain, bone, cholesterol... so, I am taking this softgel. My feeling is Good!! I'm satisfied.
