L-Glutathione, 100 mg, 100 Capsules

I take this supplement to support my immune system because gluta is a powerful antioxidant which can be found in every cell in the body. Based on the clinical studies, it helps in reducing the oxidative stress, cell damage in alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and may help fight against autoimmune disease. Glutathione levels in the human body may be reduced by a number of factors, including poor diet, environmental toxins, and stress and its levels also decline with age so these are some of the reasons why I've decided to drink this supplement.

Good size with a good dosage of L-glutathione. This is my first try, so I was looking for L-glutathione that has enough dosage of it(not too high nor too low) and not too much additional ingredients. So far I dont feel any side effenct, I take one in the morning.

I got these for my caregiver as she is able to handle larger doses of glutathione and can handle swallowing multiple capsules per day. she is very happy with the ingredients, quality and price and that the capsule size is not too big which she has struggled with regarding some of her supplements. given that glutathione levels are lower overall in most people these days due to many factors glutathione is an easy way of reducing oxidative stress and protecting health. with these taste is not an issue for my caregiver. got these as a birthday gift for her.
