So first things first: don’t take them immediately before or after birth control, it’s not known yet how much of the synthetic hormones they could possibly filter out. BUT taken many hours apart as someone who has a very bad estrogen elimination process, they worked great. easy on digestion non acidic like others I've tried. very interesting supplement, it's for estrogen metabolism. very potent, can feel the difference in my pms issues.

Got this as part of my histamine and hormonal balance routine. Good quality ingredients and package is good, price is good as well. I can’t feel any changes or benefit but we will see how improvement happens over time. I will continue to use this supplement for awhile in combination with other stuff

The Calcium d-glucarate has great benefits to detox the liver, especially to get rid of excess oestrogens. The quality is real, ingredients are good and the caps size is normal. There is no taste. I would re-order and recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality/price supplement.
