I was originally looking for pure trans-resveratrol but got this one instead. After taking it for a while, I felt my heart health ( arrhythmia problem) is better. More stable heart rhythm. But after finished and stopped taking it for a few days, the symptom now starts to come back. I guess I have to reorder it again.
