Expensive but potent form of CoQ10. I think ubiquinol is a better affair in the long run. When I take ubiquinol 100 mg is enough to support overall health. Swanson is usually high quality and I dont feel that this one is an exception. Only 4 stars because of some unnecessary ingredients like carob.

I took Swanson Ubiquinol 100 mg for cardiovascular and cognitive support. The ingredient quality is fine, capsule size is easy, and the package is simple. I give it 4 out of 5 because I later switched to another ubiquinol product where the description and formulation details felt clearer and the package offered better value. The benefit was noticeable while I used it, but I preferred moving to a brand that gives more transparency and quantity for the price.

Quality wise it’s ok but I prefer another brand. Tried this coz my preferred brand was out of stock. It is ok and better than the ordinary CoQ10 for sure. It does help with energy and the heart but if you’re feeling tired or having a heavy day, you will need to take 2 caps.
