I have been taking this vitamin C with rosehip for at least 10 years. I used to buy directly from Swanson. Iherb has better price so I'm sticking to iherb for all my future purchases of this item!
My family taking this product Vitamin C with Rose Hips. I chose 1000 mg for better dosage. Quality ingredients combination good for antioxidant and to boost immunity. Acidity level is gentle on stomach. I like the large quantity bottle package of 250 tablets. No strong taste. The size is ok. I like the product and would recommend it.
Great quality product to help maintain good immunity during the cold winter months. Great sized package which lasts a long time. Very good ingredient base and good mg contents. The acidity can be tasted a little but still easy to take it on its own or with other vitamins. effect can be seen very fast and helps a lot when ill.
this is has been essential in my families supplements routine along with vitamin D. the size is excellent with 1000 mg per capsule. it has quick effect on inducing the immune system
I like the inclusion of rose hips in this brand of vitamin C. At 72, I believe my consistent use of 1000mg of vitamin C daily really helps boost my immunity to colds and flu. I haven't had either for AGES.
I swapped this from my previous version which was only 250mg as I am prone to sinus infections and have been disappointed in the overall efficiency of the higher dose. While I don't recommend living by supplements alone - I was unable to eat for a short period and didn't find this boosted my vitamin C levels at all. As it might have been due to other factors I will revisit this if I find that it was due to mitigating factors and not the efficiency of the tablet.

Since I take alot of supplements, I often look for a higher dosage so I don't have to take as many pills. Easier for me and I have always had good luck with Vit.C.
