I didn't realize unfiltered meant there would be a layer of wax on top of the honey. I loved the flavor of this honey, but I had to filter it myself because it felt like I was eating a candle. I would buy a filtered version, but I won't filter it myself again because too much of it was wax for it to be worth buying.
