I recently tried the Mild by Nature Pomegranate & Sunflower Shampoo for colored hair (16 oz) and I’m very impressed. The quality is excellent—made with pomegranate, sunflower seed extract, vitamin E, grape seed, calendula, and oat kernel to nourish and protect color‑treated strands. It’s vegan, cruelty‑free, and free of sulfates, parabens, gluten, soy, and phthalates.

First time to try this brand. Great packaging, without any too strong scent. Quality as per its list of ingredients and EWG's rating of 3 with the not ideal ingredients (fragrance, linalool, limonene) listed as the last 3 ingredients (therefore, seems ok). Use as shampoo is efficient, it suds/bubbles enough; hair/scalp feels clean without over drying them. Seems good for my sensitive scalp. Conditioner of course is needed after this. Happy with this product.

A part of aging that I don't like is having my hair turn grey. So I have to dye my hair, and it dries it out. Using this and a quality conditioner helps to soften my hair.
