I use NOW for supplements that aren't super-finicky. They are good quality and good value. mg citrate is low absorption and mostly used as a laxative. you do absorb some so you should not need to supplement magnesium above this if you take it daily unless you are really deficient. if you are really deficient then you want mg malate or mg glycinate. mg oxide is a powerful laxative but should not be taken regularly -- it is irritating and too stimulating.
