This!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH, my family loves it, recommended to other family members, cousins, relatives, they all love it!! It’s a need to have this in our supplement cabinet. When one family member gets sick, we all take this so we dont get what she/he has. And it works wonders so far! If i get itchy throat or a sore throat, i would take this and it’ll be gone shortly after. Basically, Every time i feel like i would get sick, i would take this and i would feel fine again almost instantly. Just doesn’t really work when the infection has entered your system for quite a while though, lol. But highly recommend this for a boost of the immune system! Oh might I add, it oxides after a while, like the color changes for some reason in the bottle, but i still eat them, dont know if thats a good thing but it still works fine lol.
