It’s my first time trying this, and I chose this over MyProtein because the ingredients are cleaner. As with all protein shakes, there’s THAT taste, I don’t know what is it. But it’s mild here, so this makes the protein drink very very drinkable. It is quite tart. I wouldn’t say this is delicious but it is honestly not bad at all. Halfway thru one serving, I added some passion fruit flavoured electrolytes water, and that made it less tart. Overall, I think this is something that one can get used to and drink longer term. It’s way way way better than any milky protein shakes in the market.

I’ve tried it yday and it’s by far the best protein powder i have ever tried. It doesn’t leave this powdery feeling on the tongue, not thick when mixed with anything.

Great taste, takes a bit of effort to mix but worth the wait.

Clumping; It does when you first add which is why I recommend using blender but it can sit all day and NEVER gets thick like other types. Ingredients; in this area everybody is different as far as what things they will or will not take. I find that this product is excellent. have been using this company for many years and so is my son who is a bodybuilder and I have been in the gym off and on my whole life. I have no issues with the ingredients. I suggest any ingredient you don't know, look it up on your web search to make sure it's something you don't have an issue with. Taste; I absolutely love the citrus. it's my favorite of all the flavors so far, but they all are delicious. My recommendation is to use cool water as it doesn't seem to blend as well as I thought it would with room temperature which is how I drink all my beverages. having cold stuff when you work out or when you're overheated is really bad on your digestive system which many people don't know this. it's difficult to blend and I suggest using your mini hand mixer or putting it in your mini blender. for those of us who do shakes, you probably have a mini blender as most people do and in that it will blend and foam, but it's the best way to make sure it's well Incorporated into your water. Quality; This company has always used good ingredients and never had an issue medically being type 1 diabetic, heart, liver, kidney condition. Over the years I have found doing protein shakes keeps blood sugars under better control and helps with nutrition plus weight loss or maintaining weight or weight gain all depends on type of protein. I live in FL and it's 115 feels like temps so having protein that doesn't clump after few hrs is great.

This was my first time trying this product, as I wanted to switch things up from my usual go-to—Applied Nutrition’s beef protein. To be fair, I haven’t completed the full dose yet, so I can’t speak to its quality or effectiveness just yet. It wouldn’t be right to judge that without giving it sufficient time. That said, I can comment on the taste—and unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me. It had a noticeable bitterness and a lingering aftertaste that I found hard to tolerate. Taste is subjective, of course, but personally, I struggled with it.
