This i s the only product that has worked for my acne concern. I use it every night on my back and chest and have seen great progress with my acne. It has also helped reduce some of the dark spots on my skin which is great! I would suggest using a nice moisturizer when using this though, as it does dry skin out a little. Overall though I like it, I have pretty sensitive skin and this did not irritate me at all.

Huge size of cream, scent very delicate, good for my sensitive skin, great quality. I use it about a month and I suffer from back acne, it really helps, not 100% but about 80% better so far, I don't use it every day so maybe it's also a factor. Very gentle and doesn't dry my skin at all. I tried the PanOxyl foaming wash before that and it irritated my skin but this product is perfect, no irritation. Better than all of the products my dermatologists prescribed me.
