I'm testing this for "detox" during my ovulation and before period. so far it seems it's working at reducing the breasts pain. the second use I have for this combo is brushing my teeth at night with this powder and a mix of baking soda and salt. so far my gums look amazing and the plaque behind my crowded teeth is very soft or none at all. I came across a scientific article talking about DIM inhibiting the streptococcus mutans ( a bacteria responsible for plaque) and I was sold. I'm glad I gave it a try. the taste is something to get used to, in the beginning, though. I now don't even notice.

Ive been taking DIM for quite a few months and have seen benefits with my hormones and skin. I chose this one because its 200mg and also includes the CDG. I cant say ive noticed any major difference from my regular DIM but i like the idea of the additional benefits of CDG.

Has the exact same ingredients as NOW's DIM that I've used before. When it was out of stock, I ordered this. The powder inside the capsule is greener, as for its quality/benefits, I'm not sure. Usually estrogen metobolites cause urine to have a reddish tint when DIM is used. I haven't noticed the color change with this poroduct. Anyways a good DIM supplement has proven a great help if one has issues with too high estrogen.

Taking to help metabolise unhealthful oestrogen's that may occur from the environment or in my hRT. I have not noticed any adverse effects. a bit of increased nipple pain but nothing major.
