This is a strong, well-thought-out immune support formula with multiple evidence-backed ingredients. Vitamin D supports immune regulation, zinc has solid antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects, quercetin has moderate clinical support, and andrographis has been studied in respiratory infections. The combination works well, especially for short-term immune support or when you feel something coming on. It also helps reduce inflammation, which is a nice added benefit. The main downside is the zinc dose (50 mg), which is quite high for long-term daily use and can potentially affect copper levels over time. Because of that, I see this more as a short-term or “as needed” supplement rather than something to take continuously. Overall, a very effective blend - just best used strategically, not year-round.
