My husband and I have been taking this protocol for a year now. We have seen a reduction in allergy symptoms and have not had a cold or sniffle since taking this product. We do pair this with other supplements, sleep, hydration, and decent eating habits. As a compliment to a health conscious lifestyle, this is a GREAT product to add to the lineup.
We tried 2 different versions of NAC and I prefer this one. It is best to get our nutrition from food, but since our food supplies and our diet is not perfect I am grateful for quality supplements like this.
First mention is the large size and chalky exterior making it difficult at times to get all the way down. Id these were glazed a bit on the outside it would help. Secondly, these are loaded with good stuff for people that succumb to everyday foods like empty carbs and low fresh organic vegetable intake. I have neuropathy (I believe) in my feet and these seem to help, along with a general sense of well being.
Took product when sick and gave benefit of get well quicker than last time.

Great boost for detox and immunity. Find it’s easier on my body if I take it in the day rather than before bed. Hard pill that’s hard to break, I prefer to take it in halves.
