I run and gym 5+ a week so was looking for supplements to boost both those areas. Found this pre-workout helps during harder sessions as it contains electrolytes, some caffeine, citrulline and beets that help oxygen transport. Paired with creatine i found these to give a noticeable improvement. Also, due to ingredients being simple and natural mostly speaking compared to other pre workouts that taste like some toxic potion this is a great product for people who want a pre workout that is milder and more balanced.
