There was a sardine supply problem in our local grocery stores recently, so I ordered these for my husband. He loved them. They're larger than the ones he typically buys and he likes the tomato sauce. This is an easy and tasty way to get your protein requirement met!

This is a good size to share. I use it on various dishes such as meatloaf, fried rice, and they are a great when I need something quick on the go. I would definitely buy it again. The taste is perfect just the right amount of salt and flavors in savory tomato sauce.

These are some of the tastiest Sardines I've eaten, right size, right texture, great taste, easy to use / eat right out of the easy open can. Simple ingredients with little need to mask the flavor by adding anything, you know it's quality seafood that smells fresh and has fresh composition, great for my diet and beneficial for my health. Perfect size package.

For very little calories, you get 50% of your calcium and protein intake by eating a single can of these things. They are fresh and tender (for canned sardines). Because the bones are intact, I know I am getting a calcium boost. I also appreciate that I am getting a great source of Omega 3’s and protein. I particularly love them in salads. I just ordered two boxes more of these sardines. My cats and I never want to run out of them. I highly recommend them for a quick, easy, and nutritious meal!

The taste is good especially I like the tomato sauce. The only thing inconvenient is that you'll need a can opener to open it. Otherwise it is perfect and good value at its price.
