We began with gummies, but didn't care for that format. The next one was a very large tablet. This one is easier to swallow and offers better nutrition. Recommended.

The quality of these bioflavonoids are very good. The ingredients are simple it’s made from the inside peel of the citrus. The size is easy to swallow. It is effective with helping strengthen blood vessels throughout the body. There is no taste, and I assume it has some antioxidants because it’s made from citrus. It does not irritate the stomach. There was no acidity. I take it to help as I said with blood vessels however, I would assume that it might be good in building immunity.
