Good quality and clean ingredients. I take it for heart and cholesterol and I feel it helps. The package is simple and no strong fish taste, which I love. This is my first time buying it from here because the price is better than in my country. I take it daily and will buy again, as Omega 3 is high importance for our hair and bodies as women 🙏🏻🥰
The quality and ingredients are good. No aftertaste. This helped me with my depression that came with age and Perimenopause. it doesnt tatse like fish. The package is good for a few months and well sealed. I really like the benefits on my hair, heart and has toned down my inflammation related to arthrithis. No bad taste.
