MCT & Omega-3, 150 Free Soft Gels

I've used this product for several years with excellent results. I started using mct oil bc it was touted as a good brain supplement and I'm 100% convinced it works to keep me able to think clearly. As a "senior" citizen a concern of mine is diminished brain function and I can honestly say that when I don't take it faithfully I notice a lot more searching for words and a lot more hesitation when speaking. It's worth every cent and I am grateful that it works so well for me.

Great mild taste which is very appealing for children! some of other fish oil capsules have too strong taste, and my young children' wouldn't take them. but this has no strong fishy taste !children have no problem taking this every morning. the package, and I only give 2 capsules each time, so it lasts a very long time too.
