Great quality microbiome supplement with clean ingredients. I’ve tried both versions: the citrus taste pairs well in fruit shakes, while the unflavored is more versatile for smoothies. It blends easily, supports absorption, and benefits gut barrier and digestion. The package size is practical and provides about 20 servings.
I like this product and think it's been working well for me. However, I do find the package is undefiled. I'm sure it's the right amount but there's a lot of waste in the packaging with dead space. I also found the scoop to be tricky - too small and easy to lose in the prebiotic.
Good quality & ingredients. I wasn't fond of the taste. It was gritty & flavor wasn't for me. I decided that putting it in pill capsules worked better for me. This is the only way I can take it.
I put this in my daily smoothie. And it greatly improves the flavor and I think it's that it supports my health and gut
Maybe it is too early to tell, but so far my gut likes it. I mix it to my smoothie and I tolerate it well, no bloating. Taste itself is not very pleasant, but tolerable. I can update later for results.
