I love pycnogenol i feels very effective at eliviating varicose veins symptoms like numbness...i would reccomend taking it with a low fat vegan deit and avoid excessive eating as it can make your blood heavier. I did not however, see any benefits for skin. Most impressive were the effects on lowering pain after workout.
